Receive caller ID on all call records. Collect a database of people who call your toll-free number. Tie this in with your internal database, so you have the customers file in front of you when you answer the phone.

Custom Routing
Spend time on the phone more productively with real and potential customers by blocking certain numbers or areas from getting through to you. Calls can be blocked according to state, area code, area code and prefix, or area code, prefix and number.

• Choose to route calls to specific locations based on their originating phone number and/or time of day and/or day of week. Calls can be routed according to state, area code (3 digits), area code + prefix (6 digits), area code + prefix + number (10 digits).
• Distribute calls among the people answering your phones. Calls can be distributed equally or programmed to go to certain numbers more frequently.
• Automatically route calls to the location closest to the caller based on the number from which they are calling.

Location Specific Logins

Set up logins as detailed below:
• Master logins, with which you will be able to utilize and change all the Great Lakes Digital Toll Free features (based on Great Lakes Digital Toll Free number)
• Location-specific logins, with which you will only be able to view Call Detail (Real Time Call Detail and View Call Detail) for the locations specified for that login (based on ring-to number). If you want to restrict the viewing possibilities of your employees, go to this section and enter an individual location-specific login for each one.

Voice Mail
Send your calls to voice mail and receive the voice messages in a .wav file in your email. The voice message will be in the voice of the caller who left it.

Fax
Forward your toll-free number to your fax machine or, better yet, send it to your voice mail/fax system and receive your faxes directly by email. This way you can pick up your messages without going to the fax machine.

Account Tracking
Track the activity on your account easily and quickly. View call detail in real-time - over the last 24 hours, historically, or by specific time frame. Ad campaigns can be tracked in several ways, including; calls per campaign, cost per call and calls per week, or calls from a specific geographic area. Know if your advertising is reaching callers outside your service area.

Standard Great Lakes Digital Toll Free (888, 866, 877) numbers are only $2 to set up and $2 per month for account maintenance, and just 6.9¢ a minute. Volume contract rates are availabe. Traditional 800 numbers are $5 to set up and $5 per month.
